Rochester’s Indi/pop-rock power house, So Last Year is a hard working group of talented musicians. Higher vocals and deep lyricism is supported perfectly by the complex music behind it. They will be playing on Tuesday the 9th with Ners in Denial, Rescue Dawn, Archimedes, and This Life at The Bug Jar.

Greener Grass Band

Put some reggae, roots, a little blues and a little rock into a pot and mix that with a group of talented tenured musicians and you got yourself The Greener Grass Band.  They are a prime example of mixing a bunch of great styles and doing it right. They will be playing at The Bug Jar Wednesday the 10th with B-free and Annie in the Water.

Celtic punk rock group 1916 will punch you in the face like a drunken Irishman with how badass they are.  So raise your glasses and get ready to chant some great songs. Hard hitting fight songs, slower drinking chants, and songs about growing up and life are what you get with this band. They will be playing with Brick and Mortar, and Cry To The Blind at The Armory on Thursday the 11th.

The Sexy Teenagers check them out for a killer live show sure to be filled with drunkenness, bad jokes, and really fast screamy pop punk music played in a mediocre fashion. They are playing at the Fire House Saloon on Friday the 12th

Brutal, Heavy, hardcore and sludgy is all you can really say to describe the awesomeness that is Circus Grenade. Lyrically fantastic songs backed upped brilliantly by perfect riffs and drumming. They are playing at Abilene’s with No Glitter, Pony Hand, and Northern Spies on Saturday the 13th

Million Miles From Broadway are a metal band with lots of attitude. Screaming vocals mixed with some cleans, this band will get the pit moving and the crowd singing along. Raise your middle finger and bang your head for this heavy power house. They are playing with Boulders at The Water Street Music HAll on Saturday the 13th.
